So, I thought that grandmother would be a good one because people who have issues with their mother might still love their grandmother...lol. I figure that in many cases the word "grandmother" makes people think "sweet old lady" plus, if someone wants their grandmother treated poorly, perhaps they don't belong in customer service lol.
